A fun day at the pool

Year 6 students spent a full day at the Geraldton Aquarena, testing all their water play devices. A great day had by all. Well done to James who takes credit for today’s photos while Ms Turner was focused on being a life guard!

NAIDOC

And how better to combine National Tree Planting Day during the ‘National Aboriginal and Islander Day of Observance Committee’ week of celebrations than to paint our trees in celebration of Aboriginal Culture. Great job Year Twos!

National Tree Planting

We were fortunate to apply for and receive a grant from the Northern Agricultural Catchment Council for National Tree Planting Day. A big thanks to Mr Hancock and our wonderful gardener Robyn Loveland for their great work and our wonderful Year 3 and 4 students who have planted a huge amount of trees so far. Tomorrow the rest of the Year 3, 4 and 5 students will plant the remaining trees.
